Honor & Warfare — the PvP gear track ⚔️

v0.25 adds a PvP progression track. You earn Honor from ranked arena and the Fiesta, and spend it with the Honor Quartermaster on Warfare gear — armor and weapons carrying a PvP-only offense/defense rating that only matters against other players.

⚔️ The basics: win PvP → earn Honor → buy Warfare gear from FURY at the arena. Honor is the currency; Warfare is the offense/defense rating stat on the gear, which boosts your damage and cuts incoming damage in player-vs-player only (it does nothing in PvE).

Earning Honor

Source Honor
Ranked arena win — 1v1 25
Ranked arena win — 2v2 50
Fiesta kill 20
Fiesta completion 20
Fiesta win bonus +40

Anti-farm rules stop you grinding the same target:

  • Same-team arena wins only pay the first win against a given opponent each day.
  • Daily taper: full rate for your first 10 arena wins a day, then half rate through win 14, then quarter rate from win 15. Counters reset at the UTC-day rollover.
  • Repeat Fiesta pairings diminish — full, half, quarter, then nothing on the fourth repeat.

There's no rank ladder or PvP title track here — Honor is purely a gear currency. (For arena Elo and ranked play, see the Coliseum guide.)

What "Warfare" means

Every piece of PvP gear carries two ratings — PvP Offense and PvP Defense. Ten rating equals 1%, each capped at ±20%. In a fight against another player your damage is multiplied by (1 + offense) × (1 − defense) — so a fully-geared player hits ~20% harder and takes ~20% less from other players. None of it applies to PvE: against monsters the ratings are inert.

So think of it as two things: Honor is what you grind, and Warfare is the PvP-only power you buy with it.

The vendor — FURY

All Warfare gear is sold by FURY, the Honor Quartermaster, at the arena. "The sands remember every victory. Spend your honor well."

There are four armor sets (one per armor type / stat profile), plus necklaces, rings and main-hand weapons — every piece a level-20 epic:

Set Armor For
Furyforged Battlegear mail Strength / Stamina
Stormbound Vestments mail Int / Stamina / Spirit
Ashstalker Kit leather Agility / Stamina
Cinderweave Regalia cloth Int / Stamina / Spirit

Roughly what things cost (in Honor):

  • Chest 700 · Legs 600 · Head / Shoulders 500 / 400 · Waist / Hands / Feet 250–300
  • Necklaces 225 · Rings 150
  • Main-hand weapons 800 — the single biggest sink (a 2H greatblade, a dagger, or a caster staff, each class-locked)

Prioritise the chest and legs for the most rating per Honor, and save toward a weapon last.
